**CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made prior to Mar 14, 2008, will have $50
deducted from the refund. Cancellations made before Apr 14, 2008,
will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. After April 14,2008,
we will be unable to make refunds. Substitutions will be accepted,
but we need to know one week in advance.
