Exhibitor Service Kits
These Online Kits contain one stop ordering for CMSA exhibitors to maximize their marketing objective. They contain a cover letter introducing Innovative Expo and gives them an overview of the show and the services. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to order additional furnishings and services directly through Innovative Expo. Web address: www.innovativeexpo.com.

Drayage
Innovative Expo will provide complete Drayage/Material Handling services and local warehousing. They will be responsible for the moving of all materials in and out of exhibit hall. The KSL Resorts do not receive freight and do not have the capacity for storage. All exhibitors must clear their freight handling needs through Innovative Expo.

Exhibitor Service Center
Serra I will be the show site headquarters for all services, and will be staffed by Innovative Expo. They will be available during the move-in and move-out to help facilitate all exhibitors request.

CODES AND AGREEMENTS - Exhibitor hereby agrees to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition, and all amendments thereto. Exhibitor further agrees to adhere to and be bound by: (a) all applicable fire, safety, utility and building codes and regulations; (b) any rules or regulations of the facility where the Exhibition is held; (c) the terms of all leases and agreements between CMSA and any other party relating to the Exhibition.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE - CMSA reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary without notice. No space will be assigned until contract and payment in full has been received and accepted by CMSA.

PAYMENT - The cost of each booth is as indicated on the exhibit reservation form. Full payment must accompany the exhibit space application and contract. No application for exhibit booth space will be considered without payment.

BOOTHS - Standard booth backgrounds, side rails, and uniform one line signs (7” x 44”) are provided without charge. An eight-foot draped table, two padded chairs and one wastebasket will also be provided to the Exhibitor without charge.

BOOTH PERSONNEL - All Exhibit personnel must be a registered attendee either as (a) complimentary registration available at one for every eight feet deep by ten feet wide booths (8’ x 10’). leased or (b) as a registered attendee at the appropriate fee and category, as set as the official rates for the 2008 CMSA Annual Convention. NOTICE CMSA OFFERS ONE BOOTH PERSONNEL FREE ONLY - Second Exhibitor pays full registration.

HANDLING AND STORAGE - CMSA and the owners or managers of the facility where the Exhibition is to be held shall not accept or store display materials or empty crates. Exhibitor shall make arrangements for shipment, delivery, receipt and storage of materials through Innovative Expo.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING

  • All booths must be erected and ready for viewing two hours prior to the date and hour announced as the opening of the Exhibitor’s Reception.

  • INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS

    • Wed, May 14, 2008, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

    • Thurs, May 15, 2008, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS

    • Sat, May 17, 2008, all exhibits must be removed by 4 p.m.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE - Exhibit space may be canceled by the Exhibitor up to March 14, 2008. All cancellations must be in writing and an original document delivered to CMSA by the close of business on March 14, 2008. A refund of all sums, less a $75.00 per booth service fee, will be made. No refund will be made if cancellation is received after April 14, 2008. In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor at any time, CMSA shall have the right to rent the space to anyone else

EXHIBIT HALL ACCESS -CMSA will have sole control over admissions to the Exhibit area of all persons including Exhibitor personnel and/or registrants. All persons visiting the Exhibit area will be admitted according to the Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition as issued by authorized representatives of CMSA. CMSA makes every effort to attract the maximum number of attendees to its Exhibition, but does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance. Traffic by a specific booth is a function of the particular exhibit and not a responsibility of CMSA.

USE OF SPACE - All demonstrations, sales activities, and distribution of circulars and promotion materials must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or share the space assigned, nor display articles or materials not manufactured or sold normally by Exhibitor without prior written consent of CMSA.

RESERVED RIGHTS - No food or beverage, samples or otherwise, may be served or distributed by exhibitor without the prior consent of CMSA and the KSL Resort’s catering department.
