In 2008, the CMSA awarded (24) college and (2) vocational scholarships to children and grandchildren of CMSA member employees.

In 2009, the CMSA will offer $_____ scholarships to graduating high school seniors who intend to apply to an accredited four-year college, university, or community college and/or students currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college, university, or community college.  Applicants are not limited to any particular field of study.

CMSA will offer scholarships up to $_____ (not to exceed 50% of school cost) to deserving qualified persons interested in improving their skills in a vocation by attending an accredited technical or vocational school. Applicants are not limited to any particular vocation.

Each individual must obtain and complete the required documents and submit them to the CMSA office no later than ________, 2009.  Winners will be notified by ________, 2009, and award recognition will take place at CMSA's 91st Annual Convention.
